About
Located in Zini Village, Shawan Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Bao Mo Garden was originally built in the late Qing Dynasty and reconstructed starting in 1995, expanding to over 168 mu. It features delicate Lingnan-style pavilions, stone bridges, clear lakes and world-record ceramic murals and brick carvings, with ten art exhibition halls displaying calligraphy, paintings and antique artworks. The garden combines the charm of Pearl River Delta water towns, exquisite traditional folk crafts and the integrity culture of ancient official Bao Zheng, being a representative cultural garden in southern Guangdong suitable for sightseeing, photography and parent-child travel.

- Adult single ticket costs 54 RMB online and offline combo tickets of Bao Mo Garden & Nanyue Garden are available for better value
- Seniors aged 65 and above get free admission to the garden by presenting valid ID cards.
- Only designated feed is allowed to feed koi fish in the lake; outside food for animals is forbidden.
- Do not carve or damage ancient wood carvings, brick carvings and cultural relics across the garden.
- Wear comfortable flat shoes as there are long stone paths and numerous stone bridges inside the scenic area.
