1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChinaTravelElite's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a booking confirmation email. All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include the services described in the tour itinerary but exclude:

• International flights
• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Tips and gratuities

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Free cancellation, full refund
• 30-59 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 14 days of departure: No refund

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. ChinaTravelElite is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChinaTravelElite acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers. We will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
