Chongqing People's Auditorium

Located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing People's Great Hall was completed in 1954, featuring grand double-eaved golden roof, red pillars and symmetrical courtyard layout that draws on imperial palace architectural styles. Inside the main hall lies a huge circular auditorium with exquisite decorative details, and the attached Three Gorges Museum displays abundant local history, ethnic relics and natural specimens. The solemn retro building paired with the square fountain forms a classic city check-in spot, perfectly integrating political history, traditional Chinese architectural aesthetics and Bayu cultural display.
