Dongguan Grand Mosque

Built in the early Ming Dynasty with over 600 years of history, Dongguan Grand Mosque sits on Dongguan Street in Xining’s eastern district, ranking among China’s four major northwest mosques. The grand compound combines traditional Chinese palace structures, Tibetan decorative details and classic Islamic layout, housing a spacious prayer hall that can hold thousands of worshippers.
