Hefang St (Qinghefang Historic Block)

t is a national AAAA-level scenic area and the most intact ancient commercial street dating back to the Southern Song Dynasty, once the bustling downtown market of Lin’an Imperial City. The pedestrian street features grey tiles, white walls, bluestone pavements and hanging red lanterns. It gathers numerous time-honored brands including Hu Qing Yu Tang Pharmacy, Wangxingji Fan Shop, Zhang Xiaoquan Scissors and Wanlong Ham Store. Core highlights cover Jiangnan Bronze House, Hu Qing Yu Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum, Drum Tower and the crossing linking Southern Song Imperial Street.
