About
As the longest canyon at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, it boasts more than one hundred colorful pools scattered along the Biyu Stream. The crystal-clear water shifts between emerald, turquoise and sapphire under changing sunlight, just like scattered jade stones. It served as a famous shooting location for the Oscar-winning film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Core attractions include Lover’s Bridge, Huajing Pool, Lvzhu Pool, Dragon & Phoenix Pool and the giant Stone of Love. The whole trail runs through dense bamboo groves with gentle terrain and minimal climbing. It combines clear mountain streams, unique colored pools, bamboo forest scenery and romantic love-themed culture, and is an ideal destination for light hiking, summer cooling, waterside photography and family leisure trips after visiting Huangshan.
