Situated in Lintong District, Xi’an, this museum centers on the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang and the unearthed Terracotta Army pits with thousands of life-sized clay warriors, horses and chariots crafted over 2,200 years ago. The site consists of three main excavation pits, exhibition halls displaying precious unearthed cultural relics, and the sealed imperial tomb mound. Every terracotta figure boasts unique facial features, reflecting the advanced craftsmanship and powerful military culture of the Qin Dynasty. As one of the greatest archaeological discoveries worldwide, it records the unification history of ancient China and attracts tourists from all over the globe every year.
