Lying at the foot of 7546‑meter‑high Muztagh Ata on the Pamir Plateau, Muztagh Ata Glacier Park is home to the accessible No.4 Glacier. Visitors travel by sightseeing bus then hike to the 4688‑meter viewing platform to witness huge blue‑tinged ice formations, ice towers and glacial moraines. Surrounded by vast snow‑capped mountain ranges, this park presents the raw, magnificent glacial landscape of the western Kunlun Mountains, one of the iconic highlights along the China‑Pakistan Friendship Highway.
