About
It is the largest and best-preserved princely mansion of the Qing Dynasty, once the residence of Heshen and later Prince Gong. Known as “One Prince Gong’s Palace tells half the history of the Qing Dynasty”, the complex consists of formal residential quarters and an exquisite classical Chinese garden. Must-see highlights include the Western-Style Gate, Grand Opera House and the famous Kangxi Blessing Stele, showcasing supreme Qing-era architecture, royal aesthetics and profound historical stories.
