Qingdao International Sailing Centre

A national 5A‑level scenic resort, it served as the official competition venue for sailing events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and hosted the SCO Summit in 2018. Covering 45 hectares, this venue integrates Olympic heritage, coastal marina landscape and modern‑style urban waterfront scenery. Iconic landmarks include Torch Avenue with the 20.08‑metre‑high auspicious‑cloud Olympic torch, Flag‑Array Square lined with flagpoles, the five‑ring Olympic sculpture, Lover’s Wharf and Blessing Lighthouse at the pier tip.
