Shuhe Ancient Town

Shuhe Ancient Town, one of the three core components of Lijiang World Cultural Heritage, was an ancient caravan station on the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Surrounded by green mountains, the town is threaded by clear spring water, with well-preserved traditional Naxi wooden houses, ancient stone bridges, ancient market squares and handcraft workshops. It retains slow, peaceful local daily life with fewer tourist crowds. The entrance ticket covers all street scenic spots; only featured folk performances and craft experience activities charge extra fees.
