Wei‑Jin Brick‑Chamber Tombs (Xincheng Mural Tombs)

Praised as the “Underground Art Gallery”, the site preserves hundreds of painted brick murals reflecting farming, banquets, daily labour and Silk‑Road life of ancient northwest China. Only Tomb No.6 and Tomb No.7 are open to visitors. Travellers come for mural appreciation, archaeological sightseeing and learning Wei‑Jin folk culture.
