Located in Fuling District of Chongqing, Wuling Mountain Grand Canyon stretches for dozens of kilometers, shaped by millions of years of geological erosion. Steep vertical stone cliffs stand on both sides of the valley, dotted with countless waterfalls, clear mountain streams and vast primeval evergreen forests. Wooden plank roads cling to the mountain walls, allowing visitors to wander deep into the valley and appreciate layered rock textures, misty mountain valleys and diverse wild plants. - Take high-speed rail to Fuling North Station then transfer to tourist shuttles; self-driving tourists can use designated parking lots at the scenic entrance.
- Wear non-slip thick sports shoes, as valley paths stay damp and slippery all year round due to constant water vapor.
- Bring lightweight warm outerwear, since the temperature deep in the canyon is far lower than the mountain top.
- Do not step off marked walkways, touch fragile rock layers or pick wild flowers and plants in ecological reserves.
- Flash photography is prohibited in deep valley cave zones to protect natural karst formations.
