Xidi Park

Built upon the ancient Xidi Wharf, it marks the departure point for Chaoshan ancestors sailing to Southeast Asia. The coastal‑themed public park is free of charge. Visitors can reach it by bus, shared e‑scooter or on foot from Shantou Old Town. Core highlights include Qiaopi Memory Plaza, Guofan Memorial Pillar, old‑city‑map square, Fuyuan Nanyang‑style mansion and waterfront boardwalk overlooking Queshi Bridge.
