Yunnan Museum

Located on Guangfu Road in Guandu District of Kunming, Yunnan Provincial Museum is the largest comprehensive provincial museum in Yunnan, permanently open to visitors free of charge. Covering multiple permanent exhibition halls, it displays precious bronze wares from the Dian Kingdom, ancient calligraphy and paintings, ethnic craft relics and historical artifacts spanning thousands of years, systematically showing the geology, history and diverse ethnic cultures of Yunnan. Basic permanent exhibitions require only real-name reservation, while temporary special exhibitions, audio guide rental and cultural creative shopping are optional paid items inside the venue.
