Zong Ka La Ze Scenic Spot

Perched atop Laji Mountain at an altitude of 4188 meters, Zongka Laze is a landmark religious building certified by Guinness World Records as the largest Laze complex on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, nicknamed "Palace of All Gods". Constructed based on the Buddhist Sumeru Mountain model with a height of 37 meters, it enshrines the Thirteen Mountain Gods and receives pilgrims of Tibetan, Han, Tu and Mongolian ethnic groups for worship. Surrounded by rows of colorful prayer flags, the scenic spot sits on the dividing line between the Loess Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, boasting panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows. It is an essential stop on the Xining-Guide highway, integrating plateau natural scenery and unique multi-ethnic mountain worship culture.
